Yoga is a disciplined method utilized for attaining a goal. Keeping in mind the health of our students along with education, we started yoga classes for all the students. By which they develop mentally and physically.
Keeping in mind the tradition of our state, we give a regular dance practice to our students, we conduct dance competitions and to encourage our students to appreciate them with prizes.
As an option for self protection we teach karate to our students. Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands and plum-heel strikes. And some styles, grappling, throws, joint locks, restrains and vital point strikes are also taught.
Skating is one of the favourite activity for most of the children, so we have skating class for all the students, And all students take part in it.
Fun time activities help children to develop their social skills and learn how to work in a team to achieve a shared goal. These activities allow your child the opportunity to explore different areas of interest, increase self-confidence, build leadership skills and even improve grades — all while having fun!
